Regional Sales Manager –Prime Housing Loan

Job descriptionRecruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and Sales Officers. Monitor team performance and drive productivity through KPIs. Motivate and mentor the sales team for high performance. Drive business growth by developing new channels (e.g., DSA, connectors, builders). Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders. Explore and onboard high-potential locations or geographies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT) for loan processing. Strong knowledge of home loan products , especially in the prime segment Deep understanding of mortgage lending , housing finance, and credit assessment Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
