Job description
Create regional sales plans and projection in alignment with business objectives
Support Sales Managers with day-to-day business activities
Evaluate branch and individual performances
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for business growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in a regional leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and budgeting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to travel within the region as required.
