Job description
  • Create regional sales plans and projection in alignment with business objectives
  • Support Sales Managers with day-to-day business activities
  • Evaluate branch and individual performances
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for business growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 5+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in a regional leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and budgeting.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
    • Ability to travel within the region as required.
