Role Summary :
As the Head of Salesforce Practice, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, delivery, and growth of our Salesforce services.
You will oversee a team of developers, architects, and consultants, ensure high-quality implementations, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and lead the Salesforce strategy and roadmap for the organization
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring best practices in design, development, and deployment
- Provide technical leadership on architecture and complex solutioning
- Lead pre-sales activities, including proposal building, client presentations, and solution design
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Salesforce team
- Stay current with new Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
- Manage client relationships and act as a senior escalation point
- Drive quality assurance, compliance, and internal process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Ensure optimal use of Salesforce licenses, tools, and third-party integrations
Key Requirements :
8+ years of IT experience, with minimum 5+ years of Salesforce leadershipProven experience in leading multiple Salesforce implementation projectsDeep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing / Experience CloudExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoftStrong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development (Apex, LWC), and deploymentExperience working with global clients in a consulting / delivery environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSalesforce Certifications (System / Application Architect preferred; CTA is a plus)(ref : iimjobs.com)
