Role Summary :

Were hiring a Salesforce Test Automation Architect & BU Head to lead our Salesforce automation business vertical. This strategic role combines deep technical expertise, team leadership, and business ownership to scale a high-impact vertical.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect scalable Salesforce test automation solutions with Selenium & other test automation tools & technologies.
• Lead the Salesforce QA vertical end-to-end including delivery, hiring, growth, and P&L.
• Manage large QA teams, drive excellence in test coverage and execution.
• Collaborate with global clients; support pre-sales, solutioning, RFPs, and consulting.
