About the role
Were looking for an Account Manager Customer Success to help trial users see value fast and turn into long-term, paying customers.
As we scale, making this journey smooth, effective, and outcome-driven is mission-critical and thats where you come in.
Youll be the go-to person for helping trial users succeed showing them more value at every step, guiding them through setup & unlocking quick wins, making customers true fans of BiteSpeed.
What youll do
- Own relationships with trial users make them successful and true fans of BiteSpeed.
- Drive trial conversions by engaging users early, understanding their goals, and showing them a clear path to value.
- Proactively unblock stuck accounts and get them back on track.
- Lead high-touch onboarding and activation especially for high-potential users.
- Use your customer success skills to guide setup, adoption, and ultimately, conversion and account expansion.
- Partner with product, sales, and growth teams to share insights and improve the overall trial experience.
- Monitor account health, usage patterns, and engagement signals to spot opportunities and act fast.
What makes you a good fit
You genuinely like helping people and feel fulfilled when your customers succeed.You have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role where youve driven outcomes and revenue.You like being consultative, talking about ROI, business outcomes, and what success actually looks like.You have a genuine interest in conversations with people from different backgrounds to learn about their lives.Salary and Location
