Post / Designation : Sales Manager(Technical Sales, F&B)Job-Description(Roles & Responsibilities) : As the Head of Domestic Sales at Steviatech, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our sales operations across India. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth for our Natural Sweeteners, multiple-applications product line. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and forge strong relationships with key clients in the food & beverage, dairy, nutraceutical, bakery and allied industries. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, food technology know-how, hands-on sales expertise, and deep market knowledge.Sales & Strategy Execution :Develop and implement comprehensive domestic sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth.Identify and capitalize on new busines opportunities, focusing on high-growth segments and key accounts.Anaylze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product applications.Team Leadership & Management :Recruit, train, mentor, lead and build a high-caliber sales professionals.Set clear performance metrics and targets(KPI) and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds goals.Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continous improvement within the sales team.Business Development & Key Account Management :Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, cold-calling, prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationship with key customers, R&D departments, and decision-makers.Provide expert technical and application support to clients, demonstrating the value proposition of Steviatech's products.Operational Excellence :Oversee the sales pipeline and key metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through the CRM systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, finance and R&D, to ensure seamless customer service and project delivery.Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient sales operations.Responsible for effective execution of the Sales / GTM Plan, and entire Sales Cycle to achieve targeted volumes.Organize the entire sales-cycle, documentation, etc., in CRM.Key Skills & Qualifications :Communication :Exceptional fluency in spoken and written EnglishStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trust.Outstanding presentation, questioning, listening and negotiation skills.Technical & Commercial Acumen :Proven experience in B2b sales within the food ingredients, nutraceuticals or speciality chemicals sectors.Deep understanding on food processing, product applications, and market dynamics.Ability to quickly acquire and apply product knowledge to develop effective customer solutions.Leadership & Personal Attributes :Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding results.A proactive, persistent & resilient mindset.High degree of adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.An individual contributor and a team player who can work both independently and collaboratively.Ideal Candidate Profile :Experience : Core Salesperson with 10-15 years of active sales experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling a business.Qualification : MBA or PGDBM in marketing with a degree in Food Technology or Food Science is preferred.
