Position : Senior Software Sales (Dairy Technology Ahmedabad
Experience Range : 7 Years to 12 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the software sales vertical and own end-to-end sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with farmers, milk unions, collection centers, and dairies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for software solutions in the dairy industry.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence to the management team.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regularly update CRM with sales Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in enterprise software sales / SaaS sales / technology solutions sales (experience in AgriTech / DairyTech / ERP preferred).
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into customer benefits.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for business development.
