Requirements
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and distribution targets in the F&B sector. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base (retail, distributors, modern trade, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance. Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Monitor stock levels, order processing, and timely delivery coordination. Prepare and present monthly / quarterly sales reports and forecasts. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly.
