- Own the post-implementation evolution of our ecosystem, focusing on strategic enhancement, continuous optimization, and enterprise-wide ROI.
- Develop and execute a cross-functional product roadmap that aligns capabilities with business objectives.
- Collaborate with executive and departmental leaders to define needs, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for automation and innovation.
- Work directly with technical teams and external developers to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Lead change management and stakeholder alignment efforts to ensure adoption and understanding of platform changes.
- Design user experiences including dashboards, reports, and workflows that elevate decision-making and reduce manual work.

Key Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.7–12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership.Proven experience owning post-implementation product roadmaps and managing enterprise technology investments.Deep functional understanding of Sales Cloud and related CRM tools.Success Metrics :
