Role and responsibilities

Product Development & Engineering :

• Responsible for new products / parts designing (For North customers only)
• Responsible for customer query handling related to any new design / development
• Responsible for monitoring and recoding quality, cost and delivery time of each project
• Responsible for daily / weekly work planning for the department
• Facilitate new product feasibility study
• Responsible for project documentation as per QMS
• Responsible for generating new product ideas / innovative products.
• Product Feature Standardization
• Competition product benchmarking analysis
• RFQ hit rate improvement.
• Responsible for North market customer audit
