Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue targets through effective lead management and conversion.
- Manage, motivate, and train the clinic's front-end and tele-sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure achievement of KPIs (walk-ins, consultations, conversions).
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and customer service protocols.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a healthcare, wellness, or service-based setup.Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field and proven track record in clinic or healthcare sales.Proven experience managing sales teams and closing B2B contracts within healthcare or allied services.Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tooling for pipeline visibility and forecasting.Experience developing corporate wellness or employee healthcare tie-ups and managing key accounts.Data-driven approach : ability to use sales metrics and MS Excel to build forecasts and performance reports.On-site availability to travel across assigned clinic locations within India.Preferred
Prior experience in outpatient clinics, diagnostics, or clinical service sales.Familiarity with HubSpot or regional CRM systems and digital lead-generation channels.Experience negotiating rates and SLAs with corporate and insurance partners.Benefits & Culture Highlights
