About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive who doesn't just generate leads — but builds scalable lead engines using AI and automation tools .
You'll combine your sales instincts with modern tools to find, engage, and convert the right prospects — faster and smarter.
This is not a typical manual lead-gen role. You'll be expected to strategically use AI for research, outreach, personalisation, and CRM automation — freeing up time to focus on real conversations that close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Powered Prospecting : Identify and research potential enterprise and startup clients using tools like Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, Cognism, LeadIQ .
- Automated Outreach : Execute personalised campaigns using Lemlist, Waalaxy, Instantly.ai, ChatGPT , and Perplexity, optimising messaging for email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
- CRM & Workflow Automation : Experience managing leads in Dynamics 365 and handling automated repetitive tasks using Power Automate .
- Lead Qualification & Engagement : Qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls, and coordinate with technical teams for demos and project scoping.
- Performance Optimisation : Use AI-driven analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously refine outreach strategies.
- Collaboration with Delivery Teams : Work closely with the company developers to ensure solutions offered align with client needs and capabilities.
Requirements
Proven experience in selling IT services and custom software development for startups in the US and India Markets .Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools for sales : Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, ChatGPT , Co-Pilot etc.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM and workflow automation ( Power Automate, Zapier ).Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills for engaging enterprise and startup clients.Analytical mindset and ability to leverage AI insights for strategic sales decisions.Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and results-oriented.Preferred Skills
Experience Selling Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services, & D365 automation solutions .Background in B2B IT services sales, enterprise software solutions, or startup product consulting.Understanding of technology trends, AI, and automation in enterprise operations.Why Join Us
