Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting & Lead Generation : Cold-call and email prospective customers in the US and Europe to generate leads and opportunities.
- Account Management : Identify target accounts, plan sales calls, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations & Demos : Deliver online product demos and sales presentations to prospects and clients.
- CRM & Email Marketing : Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline. Experience with email marketing and analytical tools is required.
- Customer Service & Success : Assist with customer service and success initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Closure : Close deals and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with other team members to contribute to a positive, innovative work culture.
- Agile Development Mindset : Understand and adopt lean startup and agile development principles for continuous iteration and improvement.
Desired Skills :
At least 2 years of direct experience in an Inside Sales role (preferably in a SaaS company).Cold-calling and email marketing experience, particularly targeting US and Europe markets.CRM software proficiency.Strong account management skills, with experience managing the sales process from start to finish.Experience with product demos and online sales presentations .Ability to work in a results-driven environment, with a keen attention to detail.Good writing and oral communication skills.A lean startup mindset, comfortable working in an agile development environment.Willingness to adapt to a Dissent Culture and contributeSkills Required
