Designation- Bid Executive

Location- Bangalore

Responsibilities :

Ensure any bid / proposal documentation is well formatted and is consistent with the company branding

Proofread all completed documents

Provide administrative support to the bid team

Work with relevant members of the team to write and produce draft documents and bid responses in accordance with company standards.

Manage bid timetable to ensure bid team members respond in line with bid plan with bid plan and that all deadlines are met and that bids are submitted on time and in the correct manner.

Review bid documents and pull together previous relevant bids, best practice answers from bid portal and systems.

Sound knowledge of different types of contracts.

Coordinate with Business excellence team & client for day-to-day activities.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or another relevant discipline.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience required.

Exposure to preparing bid is an advantage.

Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
