Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyse RFPs / RFQs / EOIs to determine proposal requirements.
• Develop bid strategies aligned with business objectives and client needs.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for proposal input. (Sales, Design and operations SCM, finance, legal, and project delivery).
• Write, edit, and structure bid content to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Work closely with finance to develop accurate costing and pricing.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality, client-focused proposals.
• Maintain bid library and post-bid documentation for future reference.
• Participate in bid presentations and client clarifications.
• Conduct bid reviews and manage lessons learned post-submission.
• Ensure all bid documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to internal governance procedures and client requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client feedback to improve win rates.
