Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Customer Care Executive based in Pune. The role involves providing exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities include effectively resolving customer inquiries, assisting with product-related queries, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, the role will include collaborating closely with the sales team to understand and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to build effective client relationships
• Basic understanding or experience in Sales
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience in international customer care is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
