Role Overview :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, from

outreach and onboarding to execution and reporting, ensuring strong brand presence and

engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

 Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.

 Plan and execute influencer campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives, product launches, and seasonal events.

 Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.

 Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency.

 Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare detailed reports on effectiveness.

 Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and new content

opportunities.

 Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Social Media, and E-commerce) to maximize campaign impact.

Requirements :

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

 Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

 Creative mindset with an eye for trending content and storytelling.

 Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.

 Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite; familiarity with influencer marketing tools is a plus.
