Responsibilities :
Influencer Identification & Outreach : Hunt, evaluate, and onboard influencers across skincare, dermatology, and wellness categories—leveraging both personal networks and influencer databases / platforms.
Agency Collaboration : Manage relationships with influencer marketing agencies and barter agencies, negotiating deliverables, timelines, and commercials effectively.
Concept Development : Collaborate with influencers to design engaging, authentic, and brand-aligned content concepts for campaigns.
Barter Management : Handle barter influencer campaigns end-to-end, including coordination with barter agencies, shipment of products, and timely follow-ups.
Campaign Execution : Oversee briefing, content approvals, go-live timelines, and real-time coordination with influencers and their teams.
Tracking & Reporting : Monitor influencer posts, stories, reels, and videos, ensuring proper tagging, compliance, and deliverables. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, EMV).
Relationship Building : Foster long-term relationships with creators, dermats, and influencer networks, ensuring repeat collaborations and loyalty.
Trend Spotting : Stay updated with platform trends, content formats, and emerging creators to keep Dermis Oracle ahead in influencer marketing.
Skills & Qualifications :
2–4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, wellness, or FMCG.
Strong network and access to influencer databases, groups, and agencies.
Demonstrated success in closing influencer deals (barter + paid).
Experience conceptualizing content ideas with influencers and creators.
Hands-on experience managing barter campaigns and coordinating product shipments.
Strong negotiation, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Nice To Have :
Direct experience working with dermatologists or healthcare influencers.
Knowledge of affiliate programs, whitelisting, and performance influencer models.
Familiarity with reporting tools and influencer platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Winkl, Upfluence).
