Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to lead and scale our influencer marketing initiatives across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and more. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, build strong creator relationships, and deliver data-backed performance insights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Influencer Strategy & Selection :
  • Identify, research, and vet potential influencers across platforms, aligning with brand goals and audience segments.
  • Partnership Development & Negotiation :
  • Lead influencer outreach, build partnerships, negotiate contracts, and finalize deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Campaign Execution & Management :
  • Oversee and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns—from onboarding to content delivery and post-campaign analysis.
  • Relationship Management :
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creator networks to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics :
  • Track and monitor live campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and performance metrics are in line with KPIs. Compile reports, engagement data, and campaign insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with creative, brand, and strategy teams to align influencer content with overall marketing objectives.
  • Industry & Trend Analysis :
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, creator trends, and emerging opportunities to keep campaigns fresh and culturally relevant.
  • Reporting & Presentations :
  • Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and case studies that showcase campaign impact and learnings.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships, preferably in a fast-paced media or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to lead influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in influencer contract management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of influencer marketing metrics and tools.
  • Passionate about content, social platforms, and digital culture.
