Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Corporate Sales function for Commercial Lines of General Insurance in Mumbai. The City Head will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and provide strategic leadership to the sales team, ensuring sustained business expansion and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and drive corporate sales strategy for commercial lines, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Build, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on product offerings across commercial insurance lines (Property, Liability, Marine, Employee Benefits, etc.).
• Mentor, develop, and manage the city sales team to deliver high performance and client-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and national leadership to align business strategies and share best practices.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in all business dealings.
