Technical Sales & Support Engineer

Role Overview :

The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for both business development and technical support activities — from identifying customer needs and promoting products, to installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. This role suits energetic, hands-on engineers who enjoy both technical and customer-facing work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit customers for sales promotion, demos, and technical discussions.
• Identify new business opportunities for laser machines, press brakes, and finishing solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical offers.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and operator training.
• Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and service calls.
• Coordinate with the Pune office for spare parts, service reports, and documentation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve sales and service performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Location : Pune (with travel across India)
