Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand and explain technical aspects of mechanical engineering products
• Provide technical support and communication to customers
• Work on application engineering and prepare offers / quotations
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations to secure customer orders.
• Work on the enquiry from a techno-commercial angle with support from the design team.
• Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, or social media outreach.
