Lead - Total Quality Management

Role Purpose :

The Lead – TQM will be the CEO's strategic partner in creating, governing, and institutionalising systems that drive operational excellence across JJ Plastalloy. The role-holder's primary objective is not only to design efficient systems but to ensure they are lived daily by every department, embedding a culture where system adherence becomes second nature.

Key Objectives :

• System Creation : Build efficient, standardised frameworks for quality, supply chain, customer satisfaction, KPI governance etc.
• System Governance : Establish review, monitoring, and escalation mechanisms to ensure compliance and accountability.
• Culture Embedding : Drive adoption so that systems are owned by departments and embedded into everyday operations.
• Audit & Readiness : Guarantee continuous compliance with standards, customer audits, conduct internal audits etc.
• Sustainable Excellence : Achieve long-term reliability by standardising systems across functions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and transparency in operations.
