Role Overview :

The Senior Manager Quality (QMS) will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the organizations Quality Management System. This includes leading initiatives aligned with IATF 16949 : 2016, ISO 9001 : 2015, and VDA 6.3 standards across multiple sites. The role demands strong leadership, deep technical expertise in quality systems, and the ability to cultivate a culture of operational excellence at all levels.

Key Leadership & QMS Oversight

• Develop, implement, and drive the companys quality strategy, policies, and objectives aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the QMS champion, ensuring all facilities adhere to IATF, ISO, and VDA standards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish, monitor, and report on Plant KPIs and quality objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement.
