Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Malappuram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing growth strategies. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, client meetings, and preparing business proposals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related field
• Skills in Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation
• Market Research and Strategic Planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
