As a Senior Manager – Production Engineering , you will lead a high-impact team focused on enhancing the supportability, reliability, and scalability of our cloud services and infrastructure. You will drive strategic initiatives that reduce support effort, improve customer experience, and enable self-service through automation, telemetry, and advanced diagnostics. This role blends technical leadership with operational excellence, requiring a deep understanding of support workflows, driving automations including AI adoption, and cross-functional collaboration .
