Job descriptionOversee and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth factory operations and maximum productivity Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process and implement corrective actions Develop and optimize processes to increase production efficiency and reduce waste Identify training and development needs for subordinates and employees in general, and arrange for relevant training programs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the factory environment Manage and lead production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence Review production reports, analyze trends, and present findings to senior management for decision-making Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations
