Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple technology products and projects.

This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning engineering execution with business objectives and delivering value to stakeholders.

Key Delivery & Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical products, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality.
• Define delivery plans, milestones, and allocate resources appropriately.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify and manage risks and issues.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Ensure compliance with architectural standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and robust solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary liaison with the US-based Delivery Lead.

Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.

Team Coordination

Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Conduct regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews.

Define and track team performance metrics.

Process Improvement

Utilize performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).

Promote and implement best practices in software development and product Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in software development and delivery.

8+ years of experience in technical leadership or delivery management roles.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.

Hands-on experience in technologies such as .NET, Python, PHP, Snowflake, and AI-related tools.
