We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager – Educational Institutions with strong networks in higher education. This is a high-impact role where you will leverage relationships with colleges and universities to drive collaborations, sign MoUs, and scale Masai’s reach across India.
By working at the intersection of higher education, industry, and student success , you will play a pivotal role in how transformative programs are launched and scaled nationwide.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partnership Development & Management
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers at engineering, MBA, and other higher education institutions.
- Drive end-to-end partnerships : from prospecting to MoU closure and long-term relationship management.
- Develop win-win models that align institute goals with Masai’s mission.
- Collaboration & Execution
- Work with institute leadership to launch joint programs, student initiatives, and co-branded activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales, academics) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
- Represent Masai at conferences, seminars, and campus events to strengthen brand presence.
- Growth & Impact
- Achieve partnership targets in terms of signed MoUs, student reach, and revenue contribution.
- Monitor and report on partnership effectiveness, learner outcomes, and business impact.
- Continuously explore innovative models to deepen engagement with academic partners.
What We're looking for :
3–5 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships with Institutional Alliances .Strong network and proven track record of working with higher education institutions.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to design partnership models that deliver mutual value.Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Passion for education, student success, and building scalable impact .Why Masai?
