Research & Evaluation :

• Design and execute mixed-methods research (qualitative interviews, classroom observations, and quantitative analysis).
• Develop competency-based assessment tools with psychometric rigor.
• Analyse large-scale student learning data to identify trends and gaps.

Project Leadership :

Qualifications and Experience

1.7-10 years of experience, (preferably in the education or development sector, with at least 4 years of relevant managerial experience.)

2.Advanced degree in Education, Economics, Psychology or related field

Strong Expertise Required in :

1.Research methodology

2.Statistical analysis & psychometrics

3.Communication and presentation skills

4.Working with government systems preferred
