Job Title : Godown Manager (Virtual Godown)
Location : Pune Job Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage operations of a virtual godown (third-party / digital warehouse system) .
Coordinate with suppliers transporters and clients for smooth inward & outward movement of goods. Monitor inventory levels on software; ensure real-time stock updates.
Maintain accurate records of receipts dispatches and stock reconciliations.
Ensure timely order processing packaging and delivery as per client / customer requirements.
Regularly conduct virtual stock audits and coordinate with physical warehouse teams for verification.
Handle discrepancies shortages or damages with proper reporting and corrective measures. Implement safety compliance and company SOPs for warehouse management.
Liaise with accounts / finance teams for billing GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and documentation.
Provide MIS reports to management regarding stock dispatch and overall godown performance.
Key Requirements :
Masters degree in Logistics Supply Chain or relevant field.
5 6 years of experience in warehouse / godown management (virtual or physical).
Strong knowledge of inventory management software MS Excel .
Excellent coordination communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors transporters and client demands simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
