About The Role

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise ICT environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices desirable.
  • Active Directory user account administration- Creation / deletion / management of objects, DL / Shared mailbox / Contact management, Managing Attributes, Moving Objects.
  • Working knowledge of an ICT incident call management system. (Service Now desirable).
  • Working knowledge of common desktop software including Windows 10 and MS Office365.
  • Working knowledge of workstation hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Good to have an exposure of server technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, Citrix and SCCM.
  • Desk phone management (Cisco / Avaya).
  • Microsoft O365 Administration (Identity / Exchange / Security / Teams).
  • Knowledge of Anti-Virus / security practices.
  • 24x7 Network monitoring.
  • Ability to provide in-depth technical PC support and analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within a complex ICT environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the operation and technical support of PC’s, associated peripherals and software in a complex windows environment.
  • Experience with working in an environment that is tracked via an incident management tool.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
