Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Translate requirements into epics, user stories and task following agile methodology
• Conduct sprint planning, daily scrum calls for internal teams and contractors
• Prepare diagrams to illustrate application functionalities
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and fixes for customer found defects
• Giving regular updates of progress to the management
• Collaborate with Architects to prioritize backlog and design elements

Coordinates multiple projects and ensures that the work products and processes of the project teams meet the defined standards.

Promote best practices, retrospective reviews and continuous process improvement.

Primary Skills required :

Experience leading a product team

Soft Skills required :

Excellent communication skills, oral and written, formal and informal, prose and presentation style, to wide-ranging audiences.

Should be self-motivated and self-driven
