Social Media Marketing Specialist

Position Summary :

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, build brand awareness, and engage with our target audience across different platforms. You will be responsible for developing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and tracking performance to drive growth and conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter(X).
• Run paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase reach, engagement, and sales.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to stay ahead in the digital space.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments / messages, and manage community interactions.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team for creative campaigns.
• Analyze performance using insights & analytics tools; prepare regular reports on KPIs.

Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all platforms.
