Production Support Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Analysis : Analyze customer needs and provide solutions for complex technical issues.
• Documentation : Create technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and supporting documents for projects.
• Guidance & Mentorship : Assist and mentor junior engineers in their project tasks.
• Research & Innovation : Explore new technologies and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
• Project Planning : Prepare proposals, estimate costs, schedule requirements, and evaluate outcomes for new projects.
• Compliance : Ensure products, systems, and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Production Support : Monitor production systems, resolve incidents, and provide application and technical support.
