Skills :

• Bachelor degree or above
• 15 years of work experience and 10 years management experience in production site management, managed teams with more than 5000 members Total year of exp-20+Yrs；
• Familiar with smart phone manufacture process, have experience of manpower management
• Strong communication and strong resistant to compression ability.
• Strong ability of term organization and cooperation；
• Skilled of English(Listening ,Speaking ,Reading ,Writing), Kannada & EMS Industry Background is Mandatory.
