TMRW - Studio Operations Manager

Team TMRW is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Studio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-house creative studio.

This role combines creativity, production, and project management ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

The Studio Manager will lead workflows, resource allocation, and operational excellence, enabling image editors, photographers, videographers and video editors do their best work.

Key Operations & Workflow :

• Manage the daily operations of TMRW studio, ensuring efficient project flow from brief to final delivery.
• Establish, manage, and continuously optimize studio processes to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and maximize resource utilization.
• Implement and refine processes, tools, and systems to streamline collaboration across teams.
• Implement project tracking systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) to ensure transparency on deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Develop and monitor production timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
• Drive operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, resource utilization rates, and revision cycles.
