Manager / Sr Manager- Production

Job description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.

Ensure optimal resource allocation (manpower, machines, materials).

Monitor production output to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets.

Lead and mentor production engineers, supervisors, and operators.

Ensure adequate training and skill development.

Collaborate with QA / QC for root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Implement lean tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Poka-Yoke).

Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and non-value-adding activities.

Qualification :

Education - B.E. / B.Tech Or M.E in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience - 20+ years in production management in the auto component sector.

Should have Knowledge in quality systems, tools and techniques

Should have Knowledge in JIT Products.

Should have experience in handling large teams.
