Role Overview :
The Senior Manager – Production will lead and manage the production planning and execution of high-scale events, activations, and brand experiences. This role demands technical expertise, operational efficiency, vendor and team management, and a deep understanding of event production lifecycles — from ideation to execution.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Production Planning & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end production of events including corporate shows, brand activations, conferences, exhibitions, and BTL campaigns
- Create production plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure flawless on-ground execution while managing technical teams (sound, light, AV, fabrication, etc.)
2. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare detailed production budgets in coordination with the client servicing & creative teamsEnsure adherence to the allocated budget; negotiate cost-effective deals with vendors and partnersTrack all spends and prepare post-event cost reports3. Vendor Management
Build and manage a reliable network of production vendors, fabricators, technicians, and freelancersEvaluate vendors based on quality, delivery timelines, and costEnsure vendor compliance with safety, legal, and organizational guidelines4. Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of production executives and managersAllocate tasks, set performance goals, and monitor outputsProvide training and development opportunities to grow internal talent5. Quality Assurance & Safety
Conduct pre-event technical checks and ensure highest quality standardsEnsure all safety protocols are followed during productionConduct risk assessments for large-scale events6. Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with internal teams – creative, client servicing, design, logistics, etc.Participate in client meetings for production feasibility and walkthroughs
