Key Responsibilities :
- Research leads using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for better engagement and conversion.
- Identify and target the right audience through an omnichannel approach.
- Convert leads by delivering compelling presentations about the hotel membership program.
- Build and manage a sales funnel through strong relationship management and referrals.
- Enroll prospects using a soft, honest, and courteous approach.
- Ensure excellent client relationship management with timely follow-ups and customer service.
- Handle escalations promptly and professionally.
