• Category Growth : Own the growth of the food delivery vertical across partner apps by driving high-leverage initiatives, building scalable processes, and managing daily operations.
• Partnerships : Build and nurture strong relationships with buyer apps and ecosystem stakeholders; act as the single point of contact for scaling joint business opportunities.
• Tech Coordination : Understand key workflows and integration points; work with internal product / engineering teams to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues.
• Strategy & Growth : Shape business growth plans and GTM strategies with partner apps to drive adoption, maximize success, and expand category impact.
• Data & Insights : Track category performance, identify actionable insights, and monitor KPIs such as order volume, success rate, repeat usage, and GMV.
