Thrillophilia is seeking an experienced and strategic

Senior Manager – Supply, Product & Contracting

to drive growth and operational excellence across our travel verticals. This role is ideal for professionals who bring a strong network within the travel and hospitality industry, combined with a sharp business mindset and negotiation acumen.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end

supply management

, including onboarding, contracting, and maintaining relationships with hotels, vendors, and partners.

Drive

product development

initiatives by curating high-quality travel experiences and ensuring competitive pricing.

Negotiate and close

partnerships and B2B deals

to expand the company’s travel inventory and distribution network.

Oversee

hotel and flight bookings

, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 3+ years of experience in

supply, contracting, or product management

within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.

Strong background in

vendor management, partnership development, and B2B sales

Proven ability to

negotiate effectively

and build long-term supplier relationships.

Excellent understanding of

hotel contracting, rate management, and inventory control

Hands-on experience with

flight and hotel booking platforms

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
