Were looking for a dynamic Operations Manager who can take charge of our internal operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across teams and tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and streamline internal company operations across departments.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, ensuring all devices and equipment are tracked and utilized effectively.
- Oversee office management systems like Zoho, Microsoft 365, or similar workspaces.
- Conduct research to identify and implement new tools, vendors, or technologies to enhance productivity.
- Evaluate and manage MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems to maintain control over company devices.
- Implement and enforce data and device security best practices.
- Drive POC (Proof of Concept) and onboarding for new internal tools or platforms.
- Develop and maintain documentation for operational workflows, processes, and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for improving efficiency, cost savings, and team productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and demonstrate strong negotiation skills to optimize company expenses.
- Support HR and Admin functions to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Ensure all internal systems and policies align with company goals and compliance Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Operations Management or similar role, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT tools, SaaS products, and cloud-based office systems (Zoho, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Experience with asset tracking systems and IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of data security and compliance protocols.
- Proficiency in identifying, testing, and onboarding new tools (POC to adoption).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with automation tools, internal workflow management systems, and AI-based productivity tools.Experience managing cross-border teams or multi-location operations.Exposure to ISO or IT compliance standards is a plus.(ref : iimjobs.com)
