We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in IT services and solutions. As a BDM, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals with mid to large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in IT services (SaaS, custom software development, cloud, AI / ML, digital transformation, etc.).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and account mapping to drive lead generation.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation - proposal - negotiation - closure.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer challenges.
Requirements :
4+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in IT services, SaaS, or software solutions.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent understanding of IT services, SaaS, cloud, or digital solutions market.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to engage and build rapport with CXO-level stakeholders.Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales automation platforms.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Should know LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead gen platforms and Upwork.Preferred Skills :
Experience working with international clients (US / Europe / Middle East).Knowledge of solution selling and consultative sales approaches.What We Offer?
