We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager (Demand Generation Expert) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive qualified leads for our IT Software Services business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and event / webinar management, along with experience nurturing leads through multi-channel engagement strategies.
You will be responsible for owning the marketing funnel end-to-end from strategy and campaign design to performance measurement and optimization while leading a dynamic team that collaborates closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on high-quality lead generation and conversion.
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), and content marketing.
- Own and deliver on lead generation targets, ensuring steady pipeline growth.
- Drive organic traffic and brand visibility through advanced SEO, content marketing, and backlink strategies.
- Plan, promote, and manage webinars, events, and workshops to engage target audiences and accelerate lead nurturing.
- Build and execute email marketing and automation campaigns for lead nurturing, product launches, and retention.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor / agency relationships, and continuously identify process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a growing marketing team toward performance 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or demand generation role.
- Proven experience in developing and scaling lead generation programs that deliver measurable results.
- Deep expertise in SEO / organic growth, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Proven success in event / webinar strategy and execution for B2B audiences.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, and segmentation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, SFMC, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Data Studio.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in the IT Software Services industry (AI, Data, QA, Software Development, Cybersecurity) preferred.
