W e’re looking for an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager who can bring The Face Shop’s brand story to life across retail touchpoints, create thumb-stopping campaigns, and turn footfalls into loyal fans.

What You’ll Do

Own the retail marketing calendar – plan, execute & optimize high-impact campaigns across offline and digital retail channels.

Collaborate with channel partners & cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and launch success.

Activate offline retail marketing initiatives – from in-store branding to on-ground events.

Use data & market insights to fuel decisions and track ROI.

Keep a pulse on beauty & skincare trends , bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Manage & optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact.

✨ Who You Are

3–5 years’ experience in retail marketing , preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

A trendspotter who knows what’s hot in beauty, skincare, and retail experiences.

Excellent collaborator with strong communication skills
