Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Corporate Sales Executives to join our fast-growing sales team at Noida.
You will engage with individual and corporate clients, explain HopeQure's online healthcare offerings, and help them choose the right plans and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers and corporates.
- Present and explain HopeQure's healthcare and wellness plans , including online consultations and EAP services.
- Understand customer needs and suggest personalized healthcare solutions .
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely closures.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets .
- Record all customer interactions in CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce).
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for lead management and onboarding.
- Contribute to sales strategies and client acquisition campaigns.

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare , Dietitian, Psychology or related fields.Minimum 1 year experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Customer Acquisition, Corporate Sales, HR Sales or Lead Generation.Sales to HR is an added advantageStrong English communication (spoken & written) skills.Confident, persuasive, and highly customer-oriented.Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.Quick learner with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.Proactive and target-driven attitude.Salary Structure
Annual CTC : ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,60,000Fixed Pay : ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000Variable Incentives : ₹60,000 – ₹1,20,000Number of Openings : 5
