With a strong global presence in the B2B sector, we are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts from our Mumbai office.

Identify, generate, and qualify new overseas leads for our product range.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
Understand client requirements, present product benefits, and offer effective solutions.
Negotiate and close sales, converting prospects into long-term customers.
Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Work with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns for global markets.
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand to identify new business opportunities.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Proven experience in international sales of industrial or engineering products (wire mesh, sieves, filtration, or related tools).

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
Knowledge of AI tools for market research, lead qualification, or sales automation is an added advantage.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and basic data analysis.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows.
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
