Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to lead client acquisition and revenue growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities :

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive new client acquisition and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align outreach, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
  • Provide weekly performance updates, forecasts, and pipeline status to management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data-driven sales reporting.

Qualifications :

  • 6-10 years of proven success in B2B sales, enterprise accounts, or business development.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at senior levels.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
