Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Lead Developer to join our team and drive the development, customization, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, design sensibility, and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Development & Customization
- Develop custom solutions using .NET framework, C#, and related technologies
- Build workflows, business rules, and automated processes within Dynamics 365
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using Web APIs, REST services, and middleware
- Develop custom plugins, web resources, and JavaScript customizations
Technical Leadership & Documentation
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutionsConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsCreate technical documentation and solution blueprintsEnsure responsive design principles and accessibility standards are metC opilot Integration

Required Qualifications
Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power PlatformProven track record in leading CRM development projects from conception to deliveryExperience in enterprise-level CRM implementations and customizationsMandatory Technical Skills
